These booking conditions apply to the person making the taxi reservation on their behalf and to all persons for whom the reservation is made.

1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

• Bookings can be made online through our website www.taximallorcatransfer.es/reserva, by WhatsApp or by email.
• The person making the reservation accepts the terms and conditions on their behalf and for each group member.
• The person making the reservation must be over 18 years of age.
• Transfer 880 is not responsible for errors in services provided due to incorrect or omitted information in the taxi service reservation.
• Final payment for the reservation will be made at the end of each journey, and can be paid in cash or by credit card. You may request a receipt from the taxi driver. We accept payments in euros by credit card, debit card or cash.
• Your reservation will only be valid if you receive the confirmation email, which will be responded to within a maximum of 24 hours.
• The reservation is made directly with Transfer 880, without intermediaries or agencies.

2. PRICES

• Transfer 880 reserves the right to update its price list without prior notice.
• If at the time of making the reservation the indicated address does not correspond to the destination, the amount of the actual destination will be charged.
• The prices shown in the list are final prices, with all supplements, tolls and taxes included.
• The prices in the rate list are per vehicle, regardless of the number of passengers.
• All services will be performed with the taximeter running, always respecting the final agreed price.
• Important: If the journey includes detours or additional stops that result in delays of 10 minutes or more, a surcharge of €10 will be applied for each 10 minutes of waiting or detour.

3. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES BY THE PASSENGER

• If you need to cancel or modify your taxi reservation, you must do so by contacting us via email, WhatsApp or SMS.
• If you have booked your return journey and decide to cancel it, please let us know as soon as possible, as we travel from Palma.
• Cancellation or modification of the reservation does not entail any type of cost.
• Due to availability reasons, we cannot guarantee that all changes are feasible; however, we will always try to adapt to your requests.

4. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES BY TRANSFER 880

Transfer 880 reserves the right to cancel your reservation even if confirmed for the following reasons:

• The destination address does not match the reservation data.
• If animal transport is not indicated in the reservation form.
• If the luggage is larger than specified in the reservation.
• If the number of passengers is higher than agreed.
• The destination address is imprecise and this constitutes an impediment to the development of a good service.

5. WAITING TIME

• Delayed flights will not entail any additional cost to the final price of your reservation.
• Transfer 880 reserves the right to charge an additional amount if the waiting time is more than 15 minutes from the agreed time on your return journey.
• In case of stops or detours not foreseen in the reservation that generate additional waiting times, the surcharge established in the prices section will be applied (€10 for each additional 10 minutes).

6. LUGGAGE AND OTHER CONDITIONS

• The person making the reservation must specify all their luggage, including the following: surfboards, golf clubs, bicycles, baby strollers, pets or other large items. This way, we will ensure that the capacity of the reserved vehicle is appropriate.
• If upon arrival at the airport, the luggage does not correspond to what was indicated in the reservation, exceeding the trunk capacity, you must assume the costs of transporting the excess luggage.
• The delay in receiving your luggage will not entail an additional cost for the service. We ask you to communicate this situation to us if it happens at the phone number (+34) 668 54 69 95.
• The maximum number of passengers authorized per taxi is 4 people. Children and babies count as one seat. If you need any type of child restraint device, it must be requested in the reservation form and will be provided at no additional cost.
• We inform you that by regulation it is prohibited to make return journeys originating from the municipalities of Inca and Calvià.
• Upon arrival at the airport, we would appreciate if you contact us by phone via SMS or WhatsApp, informing us when you are waiting for your luggage.
• All your personal data will be completely deleted at the end of the service.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The relationships between Transfer 880 and the user will be governed by current Spanish regulations and any dispute will be submitted to the Courts and tribunals of the city of Palma de Mallorca.
